Designed from the ground up, this light-gain overdrive uses a unique circuit topology with a Tuned Compression Ratio to blend seamlessly with the gain stages on your amp. New for version 2 is a switch enabling three overdrive modes for even more control and nuance! Use as a first stage overdrive to liven up your clean or off-clean sound, place at the end of your drive stages to make your gain structure more cohesive, use as a clean boost, and more - you're only limited by your creativity!
Tuned Compression Ratio and Unique Clipping Topology ease out your signal's transition from clean to overdriven, for a more tube-like response.
3 Modes: Toggle between three different overdrive modes to fine-tune for the sound you want! White mode (down position) is the most "transparent" mode - you will get full lows, mids, and highs. Yellow mode (center position) offers the same gain and compression as white mode but as you increase the gain the low end is gradually cut, giving more clarity and less "flubby" bass at higher gain settings. Orange mode (up position) has ever-so-slightly more compression than yellow mode with more "meat" and less "sparkle" in your tone, although the difference is subtle.
Emergency Bypass: The Konza Overdrive features an "emergency bypass" circuit so that the show can go on even if the worst happens and you lose power to your pedal.
